The Ministry of Education (MoE) through the Education Sector Advisor Team (ESAT) office hereby invites interested suppliers and dealers for the submission of tender for the supply of the following lots:

Lot 1. Server
Lot 2. Attendance System
Lot 3. CCTV
Lot 4. Local Area Network Accessories
Lot 5. Firewall
Lot 6. UPS
Lot 7. Computer, Printers and Backup Media

Interested companies can submit tender for one or more of the above 7 lots. Companies submitting tender must be registered with the Government of Nepal and have updated company registration certification, VAT registration and tax clearance status.

Biddings documents, procedures and the detailed specifications for the items in each of the above lots can be obtained from the ESAT Website: www.esat.org.np/Procurement

The completed bidding document/s should be submitted in a sealed envelope at the following address by latest 12:00 noon on 4th December 2008.
